Our store is divided into 2 main sections, UK and Ireland, and International. Select the section you wish to view and browse through the store until you have decided what you wish to order. Before actually placing your order, however, you should click on the link immediately above the "Order Now" button, which will give you detailed information relating to the country to which you are sending the flowers, including public holidays, and latest time for ordering for same and next day delivery. After viewing this page, click the "Back" button on your browser to return to the store page, and click the "Order Now" button for the product you wish to send. The product will be added to your Shopping Basket, and you will be able to browse the site further and order other products if you desire. At this point you will be asked to specify a delivery date and card message to accompany your flowers. The delivery date defaults to today's date if you do not enter a date here. Please note however, that all products ordered during one visit must be for delivery on the same date and to the same address, although you may specify more than one recipient at that address.

At any time during your visit, you may check the contents of your Shopping Basket, and amend or remove any item in the basket. When you are satisfied that the basket contains exactly what you wish to send, you can go to the Checkout to complete your order. 

At the Checkout Section, you will complete a form with your details, which you should ensure are completely accurate, in case we need to contact you regarding your order, and also to enable us to verify your credit card. It is important that the address you give is the one registered for the card you are going to use for payment (for example a business card may be registered at your business address whereas a personal card will probably be registered at your home address). This will ensure that your order is processed for delivery with the minimum delay. You may tick the "Remember Me" field on this form which will mean that the next time you order (from the same computer), you will not need to retype this information.

The next form you are required to complete asks for details of the recipient, and again it is important to complete this accurately to ensure that there is no delay in delivering your order. There is an Address Book facility attached to this form for people to whom your expect to send flowers regularly, to once again save you retyping their details the next time you send them flowers.

When all of this is completed, you will be transferred to our Secure Server, which uses 128-bit encryption to ensure that your credit card details are transmitted securely, and that nobody else can view these during transmission.

When you have completed your payment details, the order will be sent and an copy of the order will appear on screen. Your should print a copy of this for reference, then click the "Done" button at the bottom of the form to return to the Online Store, where you can continue to browse if you wish to place another order, or you can exit the site if you have completed your purchases.
